Our Story

SkillsAssess has been built and founded by a team of industry leaders and experts – including its founder and CEO Robin Adda, best selling author and leading changemaker in the worlds of work, AI, education and technology.

He and his team became aware that many organisations offering elearning do not address the specific needs of the learner, who is often directed to unnecessary prescribed training, much of which they already know.

SkillsAssess was created as a result, to identify skills gaps by job role and recommend personalised learning to meet those gaps.

By providing comprehensive data analytics, SkillsAssess shows where skills gaps are within organisations by department, job role and individual, providing recommendations for learners to upskill only where needed.

Powered by Ai, this new tool is designed to aid organisations in any field to pinpoint skill gaps and increase productivity in a quick and scaleable manner.

Using an intuitive dashboard principally designed for HR and L&D managers and administrators, all the data including full analytics is contained and accessed in one place to make the task of staff upskilling quicker, simpler and easier to carry out.
